QIPAO or CHEONGSAM ?

This blog is dedicaced to the most sensual and feminine dress of the world : the traditionally chinese dress.
This dress have 2 names : CHEONGSAM and QIPAO. What's the difference ? Cheongsam is the male version, Qipao the female version. Cheongsam comes from the cantonese pronounciation. Depending on what part of China, they can be interchangeable. The cheongsam is usually shorter. So you can use the two of these names for this dress...
